The following bonus rules must be strictly followed:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Bets placed using a bonus may not exceed a specified limit on certain games.

Weekly cashback is available under the VIP programme. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at up to 0.3% for Bronze level, 0.5% for Silver level, and 0.8% for Gold level. Example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

All bonuses and promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at bf77's discretion. No bonus offer is free cash — they are provided to extend playing opportunities.

Certain basic rules must be followed when placing bets on bf77. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, there may be delays in bet acceptance due to technical latency.

• Fraudulent activity or attempts to hack an account
• Illegally operating multiple accounts

• Threatening or harassing another user

If an account is closed, the balance held in it may be forfeited, particularly if a violation is proven. However, if the user is found to be innocent, the return of the actual deposited funds will be considered.
